In every aspect of life, there are rules to be followed. This is also the same in the case of Swoopo bidding. As you can see, we also need to avoid a few things when we do our bids. Here are some of the ‘don’ts’ when bidding.
Don’t Forget the Golden Rule
This is a standard procedure, not only in Swoopo but also in other aspects of life. This rule varies a bit. The Golden Rule is never pay over retail price for anything on Swoopo. It’s a grave sin in bidding. Unbelievable though, it does get violated on a semi-regular basis.
Keep in mind of the word “Worth up to:” price of the item. This is very important. If the current product price gets close or exceeding that amount, stop immediately. The simple logic is just compare the item being bought in Amazon and you might get it with discount or cheaper.
Don’t Jump into the Post-Bidbutler Battle Bid
As I have mentioned before, if two BidButlers are triggered at the same time, a BidButler Battle occurs. The cost of the item and the time on the clock will then both soar. You will then notice that 10 minutes or more had been added to the auction clock. A common error of most bidders is jumping in immediately after the BidButler Battle with single bids while the auction clock still shows several minutes. Be patient and wait. Also, do not go hand in hand with a Bidbutler that has just emerged victorious on a Bidbutler battle. This means that there’s still Bidbutler active so basing on our previous strategies, you wait until it reaches its limit. That is the time then that you place your bids.
Don’t Start Bidding Unless You Have Time To Spend
This rule is for all the busy folks out there. If you know you’ll need to leave your computer after only a few minutes, don’t start bidding. A typical Swoopo auction can take well over a day or consume the most of it. The auction would be competitive though for a few hours. A good rule of thumb to use is never start bidding on an auction unless you can devote at least two hours to it. Take note, at least two hours.
Also, you probably won’t need to pay attention the entire time. A BidButler Battle, mentioned earlier, could give you much needed bathroom and snack breaks. Do bear in mind though of the time so you won’t get away too much of the break and lose your bid.
These three rules, together with your gain knowledge of Swoopo bidding strategy is your key to success in winning your auctions.
