So you would like a new car that functions well – speedy, comfortable and all that? At the same time, you want it to be cheap or affordable. Some type of vehicle that you can obtain with accessories and yet you still have surpluses in budget! One tip: find a government repossessed car auction! With bids that start as low as one hundred bucks, I guarantee that you still have more than adequate for other buys.

Repossessed cars are those cars collected by the government from those who cannot afford to pay their loans. As a price, their cars are being taken away from them. Thousands have been repossessed every month so that there is no available space for them to be stored by the government. The latter then devised a very effective solution: auctioning! Apparently, the government is wise in doing this. They’re able to raise funds for a few essential projects along the way!

Repossessed cars are similar with seized cars in that they are both taken from a person by the government for some account. However, seized cars are those that are done by those who committed criminal offenses thereby, making the seized cars more damaged and more delicate than their repossessed counterparts.

You can find these car auctions at advertisements on your broadsheets or your tabloids. Scan them thoroughly. One other way is to get in touch with government agencies on their next car auction. You can also try to find for some contacts in the yellow pages. Get the schedule for the auction and the places as well. You should ask for the things that you require to carry. Ask for a brochure too. You might need it in learning the cars.

One thing to not overlook is to always get ahead of your enemy – time. Make yourself a research on the cars that will be auctioned. This will add information on whether that car is indeed of good quality and a must-buy. You can likewise do a research online. Find this sort of car auctions on the internet. There are many of them!

Repossession cars are previously owned goods sold by the government at public sales. This means to say that these cars are way less costly than those sold at normal prices. Nonetheless, since it is an auction, people bid. The prices would then amplify at very high prices. Be forewarned, the price could be high for a value that is less. Choose cars wisely. That’s why; making a research before hand in order to know whether the cars deserve such prices is a wise thing to do.

Bring along a professional in bidding for a car. You need to get vital information whether such car is of good quality. Plus, you need knowledge on whether it deserves such price or not. Be clever, you might need a specialist’s hand in buying a car.

If the price for a particular car rose up too high, forget it. You may look for another car that is much better yet with a lower price. Remember not to be stuck in a car auction fury.

Always check the car for some hidden damages. Your mechanic might help you in this. You also need to know whether it will function correctly.

Now that you have read this, it’s now time for you to bid, bid and bid! Enjoy your auction!

If you are looking to buy cars, you are going to get a much better deal in buying repossessed vehicles from government auctions. Repossessed trucks, SUVs, Cars, etc are sold at auctions much less than original price, around 40 to 70% less!

The trucks, SUVs, etc that are now under the control of the government are there because their previous owners were either involved in criminal events or their money was illegally owned. Until the case has been settled a public garage holds the repossessed vehicles. If the case does not settle in the previous owners favor, it cannot be reclaimed and the vehicle goes to auction.

The private auction houses are the ones to open the bidding to the public on the governments behalf. Members of the public then have the right to purchase these cars at very discounted prices.

Now its finding all of the auctions that can be the tricky bit. Just walking up to the police station and asking them for the whereabouts of the seized car auctions is not possible. You would need to do some research and make visits to the auction houses if you are not wanting to use an online searching guide.

You can use your yellow pages to find numbers of all the auction houses as unfortunately they do not usually advertise the seized vehicle sales. Once you find numbers, youll have to ask which ones handle auctions of government cars.

Visit their office after you find out the ones that do.

Look through the lists of the repossessed vehicles that are being auctioned off once you are there. That way you can shorten the list to the vehicles that you are wanting to take a look at. Youll want to get the most information out of your visit.

Ask them what kinds of documents you will require presenting. And other specifics like the amount of money you would need to have on you if you did win any bids as well as any dates and times of future auctions. Try attending an auction simply as an observer if you have the time.

Watching how the bidding process works before actually bidding gives you an idea of how it works.

Finally, restraint is a good thing to practice. Auctions especially can have a highly competitive mood, creating a lot of adrenaline within participants. Dont let the fever take you, if the price goes above your budget stop there, you can always bid on another vehicle!

If you take a look at our site you can see a link to a guide with all US auctions available of seized cars including all auction times and dates.

The guide will tell you about offline and online auctions.
